about me
With nearly 20 years of experience in communication and marketing – and a lifetime of storytelling – I’ve had the opportunity to work for two of Romania’s leading media institutions: PRO TV and Mediafax Group. During that time, I created ideas, concepts, and campaigns that reached the hearts and homes of millions of people. Eventually, I chose to forge my own path, blending my two professional passions, communication and gastronomy, at my own creative studio in Bucharest.
In 2010, alongside my colleagues, I began cooking and storytelling on Bistro Margot. What started as a simple blog soon turned into an incredible adventure, taking me from earning a culinary certification in Bucharest to pursuing an Advances Studies in Taste, Gastronomy and The Arts of the Table program in France, at Le Cordon Bleu Paris and at the University of Reims, in Champagne. I later complemented my studies with a course on The Architecture of Protocol, Etiquette and The Art of Communication in Diplomacy at the Romanian Diplomatic Institute.
Today, from my creative space, Repertoire, I draw on all I’ve learned to collaborate with brands and companies, helping them tell their stories. I also continue to share my insights through taste education projects, connecting people through the discovery of flavors and experiences.

VISION. VALUES
philosophy.
Educating the taste begins with educating the spirit. Why do I think this? Because the concept of taste means much more than just recipes or simple ingredients. It encompasses history, art, science, storytelling, emotion, memory, spirituality, identity, community, heritage, belonging. It is both a cultural and a creative act.
All of these create reference points. And I believe, now more than ever, we need reference points, because they create a direction, which lead us to a meaning. And meaning is the foundation of any existence.
In French culture there is this concept - l'art de vivre - the art of living, because eating is part of the art of living. Beautifully and with meaning. Although it may not be obvious, the two dimensions of taste - the concrete one, in the literal sense of taste buds, and the figurative one, which involves aesthetics, discernment and personal preferences, are inseparably linked. They derive from and influence one another.
The education of taste begins with the education of the spirit. Every new experience, every new idea we discover, every new space we explore changes our perspective on everything we've known before, allowing us to see differently, with a more critical and informed eye. As we learn more, we relate differently to what we've known in the past. When our horizons expand, our tastes are also shaped in new ways, because how we build and populate our inner universe is then reflected outward: in our worldview, in the choices we make, in our journey, in our life.
And thus, a life with taste becomes a life with meaning.

SHALL WE WRITE
a new story together?
I blend my marketing experience with my expertise in gastronomy, from brand communication and promotion, creative concepts, advertising campaigns, and copywriting to content creation and taste education projects - a blend perfected over more than 15 years. I especially enjoy working with brands that share my affinity for storytelling, conviviality, creativity, and the art of living, and whose vision and philosophy form a good pairing with the aforementioned blend. If you have such a project, let's sit down and talk about how we can write a new story together.
